Janne Ackerman resides in the great city of Sarasota, FL. She has been a resident there for 5 years and has resided in Florida for the past 17 years. Janne grew up in New Jersey and went to college in NC at East Carolina University – Go Pirates!

Janne has worked as an administrative assistant for Reinhart & Rusk Custom Builders, a footwear specialist for Happy Feet Plus, and the majority of her career she was a golf instructor/golf shop manager. She was a PGA Apprentice in the Philadelphia Section as well where she ran golf events for many businesses and charity groups in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Florida. Janne also ran golf clinics and taught men, women, and children ages 5 to 95. It was her favorite part of the job. Seeing someone hit that great shot for the first time was amazing!
